Re: Accessing batteries on CS23
Thanks. Appears to be more sales oriented and I already have a battery charger. Just hoping for some trick to better access the batteries.

Accessing batteries on CS23
My batteries are tucked way in the back on the port side under the fiberglass "body" making access to the battery terminals VERY tight. Any advice on how I could get to the battery terminals more easily?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Economical option to the stock Cobalt fender clip
I'm a little late to this discussion and ordered my cs23 with the factory fender clips......it is what it is. I've read the posts but couldn't determine what is involved with adjusting the fender height - is there a velcro strap, do you re-tie the line or what?
Appreciate any feedback.

Re: Cs22 / cs23 4-in-1 gauge information
Question: One of the main reasons I ordered the Garmin was to be able to load navigational charts - can anyone tell if this function works well?
Thanks

Re: Cs22 / cs23 4-in-1 gauge information
You guys have got me wondering now. I have also ordered a new boat for next year (cs23) with the 7607 Garmin. Wondering if that is a mistake - I still have one more opportunity to make changes to my order before it goes into production.

Re: Fender covers
That is a good point - from an angle, on a large surface you might see the seams.

Re: Fender covers
Has anyone ever tried applying polyurethane clear film products (e.g. 3M Pro Series, Xpel Ultimate) to the areas where the fenders rub against the hull? On vehicles they protect against rock chips, scratches etc., are only 8-8.5 mils thick, removable and usuallly have a 10 year warranty. I actually ...

Re: merc vs volvo
I tried my best to research this subject a while back before ordering a boat yet this fall. My "two-cents": there is no wrong choice. For what it is worth, I'm going with the Merc 6.2/350 in a cs23. It boiled down to dba. The Mercs run at a lower rpm resulting in a lower pitch sound which,...

Re: Need CS23 pics
On a boat lift with a roof and screen mesh power side curtains. Because I leave the bimini up all of the time I can't raise the boat to "snug-up" tight under the roof for the best protection from the sun and have to rely on the mesh side curtains to protect the sides of the boat.

Re: Need CS23 pics
Nice. I think you hit the nail on the head. I don't really want to put in too much time anymore - I used to, but with the time and energy I have I'm not up for it anymore.
All good food for thought before ordering - thanks
