just purchased 2019 23SC 100 hrs. Can you find the bilge pump or is it hidden behind the fuel tank under a square plank. All I see are the wires and drain pipe. Access seems difficult if checking for any issues when taking on water like a stuck float. Any input? . ALso Is all deck / cockpit drainage...

Just purchased 2019. Port boarding ladder difficult to detach, will try with hammer tap when in the water likely just frozen .
