Re: We Are Officially Wakeboard Bros

I like it. Different is good. But hey I like the Dreamsicle. So that's not saying much. 'Now, "different" is nice, but it sure isn't pretty "Pretty" is what it's about I never met anyone who was "different" Who couldn't figure that out' Sorry, you triggered a show tune...

Nice set of options, sounds like you are happy with it, and you should be. Congrats. Welcome to the black hull bottom club.

Re: Intermittent failure to restart

Make sure it's a hei spark tester. Yes port side looks the easiest. I would also bring a injector tester. they plug right in the harness. It's pretty sad my 8.1 is easier to get at stuff then that engine. I would also run the engine with the beauty cover off. Maybe it's holding some heat in on the ...

Re: Intermittent failure to restart

Most of the online photos of the "new" Mercruiser 6.2L 350hp engine are with the covers on. Here are some with the covers off. The intent was to find an easy spot to do a spark check per cmattj. Nothing obvious was visible at first glance. The boat is now in hibernation, I'll pick this th...

Re: Advice Needed - Purchasing my very first Cobalt

I don't think the OP is shopping in your budget range. Your boat, as equipped is significantly more expensive than the V6 250 he is looking at. He is shopping in my original budget range, however. I was listing features I wanted and features that were on the boat at the dealer - I didn't mention th...

Re: Advice Needed - Purchasing my very first Cobalt

As to 220S features, I got lucky and the dealer boat had most of the features I would have custom ordered. These were: Seagrass, Battery Switch ACR/dual, Docking Lights, Fender Clips, Rearview Mirror, DTS throttle What it had that I would not have ordered was: Satellite Radio The swim platform was s...

Re: Laying the Bimini flat for storing

Nice shot with the cycle, T. 8-) Thanks A7. It sits in the garage waiting for a rider..come take it for a spin.. It might be better if you take the bike and I'll work the leaf blower (less chance of me killing myself) :D I'd be happy just sitting quietly in that huge uncluttered space for a while.

Re: Advice Needed - Purchasing my very first Cobalt

Hopefully all will go well this weekend and I will be the proud owner of a new 220S. All depends on the wife approving of the boat (first time seeing it) "No plan survives first contact with the enemy" might not be the best way to think your wife's first view of the boat, but... I had dec...

Re: New A Seriesl?

Sorry, totally black. It hints at something similar to the pics of an A36 though, and the one bright spot in the pic is probably from the wheel.
