HELP - 2000 226 Dash Trim Removal

Hi all,

Looking for any helpful suggestions or links to removing dash trim on a 2000 226. I am updating the trim using tecnografic panels and can't remove the gauge cluster after unbolting EVERY stud. What am I missing? It appears to possibly be stuck behind the right leather dash trim.. trying to upload photos here but having an issue hosting..

Has this been covered elsewhere? Search function not returning much. Any how-to document or pics would be much appreciated.
