Hey S5. So glad you found us.

Great pic. I like that blue bump out line near the stern.

And welcome aboard mate!

Re: New to us 2019 25SC= bilge location

Post by theplumber »

just purchased 2019 23SC 100 hrs. Can you find the bilge pump or is it hidden behind the fuel tank under a square plank. All I see are the wires and drain pipe. Access seems difficult if checking for any issues when taking on water like a stuck float. Any input? . ALso Is all deck / cockpit drainage directed to bilge . Only thing I see going overboard is the anchor locker drain site in the bow. There was a plug in one side of the rear cockpit drains and we were filling up during a downpour, I stuck my finger in to find a temporary plug and removed it. Presumably all went to bilge pump for discharge. Curious why no direct deck discharge overboard without the bilge pump needed.

Welcome to the Cobalt family. I too have a 25SC new in '21. We love the boat. For what we do - mostly anchor, float, eat and drink, and the occasional water sports, it's perfect. You can find us on the Metedeconk, F Cove, B-2 Bistro in Bayville, Cattus Island and mostly off Herring Island by Bay Head just enjoying the water and views. You are going to love the 25SC. Cheers!

Beautiful 25SC, Santanig5. We were looking hard for one just like that, but an R7 fell in our lap, and we couldn’t say no.

This line NEAR the stern that flows into the swim (deck) platform. It’s a very cool bump out that you don’t see on many boats.
