Seattle Area Cobalt Mechanic

I have a 2011 a25 and am frustrated with the service from Seattle Boat. Didn’t catch a worn serpentine belt during annual service and their detail was overpriced and rushed. Does anyone have recommendations for a mobile marine or haul out mechanic from lake Washington? I don’t have a trailer.
