Very cool t5000 :-) It looks like your car doesn't like that one current it pushes every time your in it. It's amazing the difference tires can make. Next your going to have to play with the alignment. Let's get this Beemer to handle like it's on rails.lol
So is it hard to follow the track when you have the other parts of the track crossing your line? Looks like your having a blast.

Pretty cool Thunder! It looks like that one big left-hander is misleading. You were swinging way out right then the track would turn on you. I think I heard you chirp it once?

I have a couple of buddies that own those little Mazda Miata race cars with souped up race engines and full roll cages inside, but they're both tagged and street legal. They are always trying to get me I to it but I have enough hobbies already.

That's looks like a lot of fun!

I watched the video about 15 times before I finally realized that 2 turns before the big sweeping left corner near the end I was apexing early and messing up my setup, which left me further inside than I should been and also pointed more to the right, so more steering needed. Next time! The track setup is pretty good, I didn't even notice some of the other lines crossing until watching the video later.

Squealed into that corner several times yeah. Couldn't get the entrance quite right.

It's tons of fun, I love the corners or little dog legs that make the car feel like it's floating or right on the threshold of drifting a bit, what a rush. You should get into it! :D

Here's an updated version of the "best lap" video with the audio synced up correctly.

Well, when you live in the frozen north, you do what you can to not think about how wonderful 80 degrees feels, and a morning cup of coffee on the deck with my wife listening to the music of birds..
The one thing that is just as fun as boating. Snowmobiling is so much fun, even though you wake up the next day feeling like a truck hit you..

A day on the snow with a couple close friends.
125 miles yesterday.

Headed back to Florida tomorrow!

That looks like a blast Tusc! Do you wear heated gear? I wear a heated vest and have heated grips on my big bike for winter riding, but if I was riding in that kind of weather I sure I'd have to have the full body heated gear.

I see you wear Klim so I'm sure you probably have a good helmet too, but if it's time to change or upgrade you should take a look at the Schuberth E1. They have a jillion colors so you can get one to match. I looked at one the other day at the BMW shop, and I think Im going to buy it. It's one of the only flip-up front helmets that still have a good seal around the bottom to keep out cold air. You can actually pull the seal tight around the bottom, and the shield has fog proofing so you can still see. It also has a flip-down sunscreen so you dont have to deal with sunglasses. And of course the entire front will flip up so you can eat, drink and be merry out on the trail without taking it off. A bit Pricey but worth the dough.

Is that an Artic-Kat sled you have? Those are amazing machines!

As we all learned from experience YT, if you want to stay warm, better buy good chothing.
I've never once been cold with Klim stuff, and I've ridden is "less than ideal" temps.. Balaclava, boots, socks, bibs everything is perfect. I never sweat. I rarely use long undies or a sweat shirt. If we go to the Tug Hill Plateau which can get in the -teens, I will use Klim underwear and socks and still never ever get cold. My friends like to drink a lot of shots, so maybe that's it? I use an HJC helmet. Meh.. It leaks, but I have a tall/wide windshield.
You can get into trouble with artificial heat. if you sweat, you get cold.. I have heated grips and the all important heated throttle flipper.

Snowmobile manufacturers love style over everything else. First rule in my book? If you keep the wind off of you, you stay warm.
The first thing I did when I bought our sleds was to toss that tiny windshield in the trash and install something less attractive but very effective. It's ugly, and I love it...

Yes, Arctic Cat Suzuki powered 1100 turbo, tuned to 230 hp. It's the only way I can keep up with the young guys we ride with.:D
My sled is a 2011. Stone age compared to 2018 models today. The new Yamaha/Arctic cat powered turbocharged triple is off the charts, and can make over 300 hp when custom Tuned...https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=20 ... &FORM=VIRE
Truthfully, Cat, Polaris, Yamaha, Ski-Doo.. Everything is state of the art, and you can't go wrong with any of them. I like the 4 strokers for our area.

I think you probably stay warmer working that sled just I like do on a dirtbike on the trails. I dont wear a lot of gear on tbe trail because we work them pretty hard. But I freeze when I'm riding a bike down the hi-way and not moving around.

And you'll throw that HJC in the ditch if you look at one of these!

My sled is heavier than the new ones. Its a workout, that's for sure.
Wont take much for me to toss that HJC in the dumpster. I'm going to look into that one. Thanks YT.
