I had Marine Tops Unlimited Did it in Omro Wi.
Not cheap but I really think they are the best around. It's a family business and they have been doing it a long time. Took two weeks. And now they are getting very busy. I booked it over the off season I got 10% off and no new year price change mark up. Plus I had my own poles so I didn't have to pay for poles. If you go there tell them I sent you. Kyle knows me now. They are putting my boat on their Facebook page.

4 "upgrades" so far. Amazing how quickly $1K disappeared from my wallet.

1/ Did the Sony head unit swap (same deck as BB posted on page 2). Well worth the $125 and a few hours to install.
2/ New fuel pump thanks to the notorious Volvo pump whine. Painful to buy at $700+, but not that bad of an install. Worth every penny to have the boat running smooth and reliably. Will keep old pump and rebuild so I have a swap unit.
3/ New FPR to go with pump (old one had clogged screen).
4/ New Optima marine battery to replace weak #2 battery.

Curious if anyone has replaced bad snaps on canopies and can recommend a tool. Lots on Amazon to choose from, so hoping to get a recommendation.

Got the cockpit ones in. The fronts are too deep they hit the hull do now I need to find spacers. Didn't install the amp yet but a big improvement already.

I'm far from an audiophile but the clarity is great. You really don't get any distortion with volume whereas my stock speakers had okay volume but the louder they got the more you lost the quality. That's the thing I like most I can turn up the sound just a bit and hear it loud and clear without making the boat bounce.

Interested in outcome. I come diwn a bit on the audiophile side. So adding 2 more to back soon. Gonna need another amp too. So not sure if I'll stay with same Rockford Fosgate for the 2 adds. Pleased with the 6+sub now though. Read up on JL and Wetsounds.

So far happy. But now I have to run all new speaker wires. Cobalt tied the front bow speaker to the corresponding front cockpit speaker. I was going to run all four cockpit speakers to the amp and the bow speakers to the head. So now more wiring coming up. Not sure I'm going to add a sub yet. These have some really good bass. I also got 1/2 spacers from best buy so the bow speakers are installed now. Can't even really tell they are there.
