That will be a real pain to get the bow seated with that strap pulling down like that. You need an entirely different bow stop/winch stand.

Hard to tell from teh angle, but it does appear that the boat sits pretty far foward from the end of the bunks which would account for the lower unit hitting the trailer....what is the length between the end of the bunk and the transom? Also, is it a 2 bunk or 4 bunk. Regardless, it doesn't seem right.
