Great deal at cabelas. I got one and used it on my giant-vac leaf blower. did great, very easy. Will be using it on my boat with I W it. Since we are closer, maybe it is "Wi" now vs just a "W"

Btw, I like the bigger size oil extractors. With 8 + 1 (filter) quarts to extract, I can just about get it all in one shot.

I got my factory Volvo syn oil from riverside marina on ebay. They are having a sale. I thought it was a good price. $38.00/gal.

Damnit I am so mad. When did mercury change their oil extractor system from the one you put down dip stick to the one you screw on to dip stick?
Obviously I purchased wrong system

I'm sorry to hear that AJc. The Moeller system I use works slides down or screws onto both the Volvo and the Merc dipsticks.
With which oil did you decide?
I'm very happy with the 5 quart bottle, $22 Mobil 1 full synthetic 15W-50 on sale at Walmart and the $9 OEM Merc oil filter. $55 oil & filter change out the door.

Aj I just cut a washer hose in half for the screw on type. Works great. Then you can put your tube in the inside of it. Works great.

I'm under warrant so. Using mercy synthetic blend 25w40. $7 a litter from boaters emporium.com and merc filter

I loce it. Ive used it like 3 times. I use a washer hose with one end cut off to go onto the dipstick tube and 3 minutes later the oil is drained.

Great news B.B. I didn’t see a brand on your post. Can you tell me the brand and/or where to buy one? Also, a post of your adapter washing machine hose would be helpful.

Here it is on ebay.
Go to any menards or depot for the washer hose. Just cut it in half and you have 2 for the price of 1 and use the other one when the first one gets gross from oil. I just let it hang and drain no issues.

BB. Thanks. Just bought the pump. Yes, I know what a washing machine hose looks like. Lol. I meant a pic of how you modified it? What connector did you use to tie it in?

You put the cut off end on the pump with a hose clamp and the other end on the dipstick. Then I think they have hose with it that goes in a gallon jug for the waste oil.

So you just use the freshly cut end of the washer hose with a clamp on the pump side and the threaded end screws on the dipstick side?
