Geez...after almost a month, we finally got out yesterday. Lowered RPM a little which makes 25-35 cruising little more bearable, top speed gained a mile or two with a full load of fuel and water and 4 people. It could probably use another step up, but this may be a nice compromise since it didn’t lose plane time.

Well that's kind of good to hear. I guess it's not bouncing off the rev limiter then. So you have a 430 with a 380 leg. And fh7 next. Lol I'm on the hunt. Lol
Really not kidding any hole shot that's great. Did you look at the rpms at all? Or too old and forgot already.

Well, lots of chop yesterday. It was running right at 59-6K rpm with a couple more MPH. The boat sure handles the chop at speed!
I’ll have a better idea after another trip with a little more playing with the trim. At the end of the day, it doesn’t have twins.

Awesome T! Considering it test weight was a good 500 lbs lighter. You should confidently thank the riggers at Cobalt for blessing you with a 430.
Maybe someone did a change order on the tag with a Bic medium point pen? .
