Hi just joined the cobalt family last year when I purchased my first boat a 2004 cobalt 360. I used it this past year on lake michigan where I keep it wet slipped. It has the 8.1 GXI's 420 hp each. Looking forward to the forum

Thanks, It was one of the best summers I ever had, since I live close to the marina I was on the boat almost every day. I made it as for north as two rivers and south to Racine. learned a lot from my dock mates and just doing it. Plan on crossing to Michigan this year, want to go to sleeping bear dunes and would like to try door county. need to work on my docking skills also

Pretty sleek looking, especially for a Cobalt! Now Big Block's going to have to get one so he can fiddle with two big block engines without leaving the boat...

I'll be up in door county this coming summer. It's awesome. We might have to hook up. Run over to Lake Charlevoix Mi. We might try to run over to Mackinac Island this year by boat. For sure Washington Island.

Not sure I would want to work on those.I have a bit more room. You have captains call exhaust. That's awesome.

It looks tight but I can still get down there, I do all my own maintenance, even changed the spark plugs went bad at all

How many hours on them. Etat fix the plugs look like. Thinking of doing mine this spring also. How do they idle? Real smooth or a little cam/lumpy and low idle? My 8.1gi was smoother than the gxi but the gxi way out performs the gi.

Very cool. I worked at a gm dealer for 30 years and now at Chrysler same company. I'm sure you can figure out which one. Sounds like they are the same I'm sure. Yes I would run ac Delco also.

Where have you been liquid? I still think you owe us some pictures of your boating from this past summer.
