I would like to see Cobalt offer a Mere 525 option for their boats. I've looked into adding a Whipple S/C to my 350 Mag, but I couldn't justify it. Would be fun though!

I saw a blue 525 in one for sale. I can't remember what model though. It had to be in a 240 or 262 to catch my attention.

We had lunch at a nice place next to the Mercury Marine test facility today. They are a little rough but they had 3 Cobalt's in the rack they use to put test engines and stuff in. Just thought it was funny.

Btw, yes, they did offer a single 525 EFI option for the 262 and 263's. Unfortunately it could not be paired with a Bravo III duo prop drive which is one of my favorite features of these models.

That's hilarious. I thought the same thing about the gear shifter.lol
The one green engine is for a car. They have had it in a few molars, its in catalogs.
