263 Sea trial semi fail

Btw, 263 is a fairly rare boat.

Imagine my surprise when I pull up to the boat ramp today and see this trailer!

I was going to go search out this particular 263 on the water, however, that got cancelled when engine "limp" mode kicked in.

What is on front of that trailer? What is that used for?

Tracked the owner down. He is selling via Craigslist.

The front of the trailer is used for a Golf cart. Ramps fold down.

Is it just me or are we all waiting for the post with a pic of the engine back in the boat, maybe even actually on the water and screaming down the lake at WOT?!?!! I would have chewed all my fingernails off waiting this long!!!

The new transom support bracket is on and the engine is back in the boat!

Hope she will be fired up soon and cooly peeing water freely from her exhaust.

I'm unfortunately out of town until Friday night. If all is well, hoping I can test drive this Saturday or early next week.
