Haha, no way,
What would be more fun than to meet people of the same interest, eat, drink, and then spoon with them in a very tight space?

Quick update.
All utilities are in, electric is 95% done, and the floor is in. We just have to hook up the water and cable inside our home to the garage. The heat is next.
We're just waiting on our site contractor to move the old shed out, and to bring in more gravel and top soil to bring the perimeter up to grade. Then it's blacktop for everything.
We might just make it for Halloween, and donuts and cider for the slumber party.

We're about 400 feet off of the end of a dead end street. I used to have a pole with a street light where the building is now for security lighting. Now we have all of the lights on an eye with a timer hooked up to shut the lights off around 1 AM.
Everything in and out is dimmable LED, so it really looks cool dimmed a little at night.
Looks great Tusc! The pictures almost make the building look small until you see the size of the two entrance doors for reference. Morton bldgs are awesome. That will definitely drive the value of your place up considerably

Very Nice, that has to be one of the nicest garages I've seen
Mortan set's the standard IMO, with the Cupola and the roof over entrance it appears you left the wallet WIDE open

Tuscany may have a few problems but money is not one of them!

It looks small when they lay it out, but we built a 36'x 60' Morton at the deli last fall, and I remember how that one went. Once it's up, with the floor poured and the interior finished, it gets bigger in a hurry. It's plenty for what we need.
Bigger means more junk laying around that I don't want to look at. I've got another small garage at an apartment we own to store the crap.
