Hi All, looking for advice where to source a trailer for 2021 R8 Surf. Located in California but of course would consider buying out of state and having shipped. Not urgent.

I really like my BoatMate trailer. I wish it was for an R8 surf but its for our R7 surf. Loads really nice guides the boat right on center every time.

I had Pacific Trailers in Chino (LA area) build me a custom aluminum trailer for my A25. It's gorgeous.

That is too funny, I have a boatmate R8 surf Trailer, my boat is an R7 surf.

I learned the hard way there is a difference in windlass and non windlass trailers.

My experience is you have to find one local or get in on a larger order to save shipping. I asked West Coast and they told me they would not sell a trailer only, zero customer service skills there.

I also learned if you use Sunnyside at all, some trailers allow the boat to forked off the trailer, some don't.

Call Loadmaster Trailers in Ohio. They will build whatever you want and are by far the nicest people I have ever dealt with! Great customer service! I had them build me a trailer last year for my 2014 R5. The trailer is by far the best trailer I ave ever pulled. Far better than any other cookie cutter boat trailer manufacturers out there!
