Do they already have power/ground connection available for the sub amp near the media head?

No, but very straightforward to pull from the switch and battery grounds. Probably the easiest part of the project.

Pulled apart that panel on my ‘18 25SC, I see a large valve but no amp.. and also not behind the helm… #mysteries

If you have a hideaway head unit, check under the passenger side main topside deck, from the head compartment... lay on the topside deck, head inside the head compartment and look back toward the stern. This is where my Rockford Fosgate hideaway unit is in my 2019 SC25. (picture attached)

Also attaching a picture of the location where the previous poster found their head unit. I also only have a valve and strainer there for the vacuflush intake. Is this what you found in yours?
