Yes
I’m 62 and this speed shop in Pgh has built motors for me since I was 19
Same block crank and rods
New pistons cam, changed the cam and valve train over to roller and he re did the heads
I’m curious how the cam will run
A master Merc mechanic out of California recommended it over the stock
I’m keeping the same programming on the Ecu and stock exhaust manifolds
If it’s a good good can I’ll recommend it to the group along with the tech out of California

About 6 miles north of the City usually boat on all 3 rivers
Moved up I bought the boat last July out of Jersey, ran great but didn’t know much about the motor except it was replaced once in this boat with a stock marine reman motor
Boat was a salt water boat and has around 700 hours
The guy that owns the local speed shop is in his mid 70’s
And I figured before he retires or dies I wanted him to go through the motor. Once it’s done it will last longer than me
It was a good call as the motor was starting to eat a cam lobe and the clearance on the piston rings was off a bit
Now it should be as good as new

Ok, you can’t post fresh engine pics without a build spec.

Sewickley or Wexford area? What’s the name of the shop.

We used to boat quite a bit on the rivers. Mostly on 10 mile for the water skiing.
Now we are spoiled by lake boating. Yes...Presque Isle...Loce it. :D

I live in Shaler two
The name of the shop is B&R speed supply
They are located around Oakmont/ Verona
That would be in the 10 mile stretch of the river
It’s been years since I’ve been on Erie, it’s beautiful there
