2018 Venture Aluminium Trailer VATB 5225. Currently under our 2006 232.


The Pros:

1. Trailer is in good working order and in very good shape.
2. Always stored indoors in a climate-controlled Arizona garage.
3. Never in salt water.
4. Spare aluminum wheel/tire and hub with bearings.
5. Pulls good and straight.
6. All lights work.
7. Great price.


The Cons:

1. There is a slight bend in the bow roller bracket.
2. Surge brakes only on one axle.
3. It's a 'generic' trailer, not custom for the boat.
4. If I was towing long distances with a load, it's time to replace the original tires due to being 5 years old.
5. I've had difficulty loading it on steep ramps with our 232. That's how the bow roller bracket got bent.

Thank you very much for reaching out and posting this, love your boat! It looks like a trailer that would work, I am a little concerned about the steep ramp issue as the ramp I will have to use is a very steep ramp. I was at the lake this past weekend and I may have a local solution, but will be reaching out it if falls through because I am getting in a bind. Again, thank you for reaching out.
