Hello all,
So been having an issue with vibrations between 1800-2500 RPMs in a 2004 200. Volvo engine, duo prop.
Hit something submerged last year and had boat inspected.
The prop shaft was a little out of tolerance, so that was replaced. Problem was still present, so had props sent out, one was a little off so that was repaired.
Engine runs smooth, recent tuneup.
Anyway, hoping someone will have a ideas or suggestions?
Vibrations in 2004 200?

Re: Vibrations in 2004 200?
It sounds to me like you have replaced the obvious culprits... so it must be something hidden, or was actually there before the collision with the submerged object. You've already mentioned what I would have suggested you look at, so I can't be of any help I'm afraid.

When was the last time you pulled the drive and checked engine/drive alignment?
