It's one of our two top things to do when it's just the wife and me. Once, we went to the south end of the biggest part of the lake, judged the wind from the south, and drifted three hours without having to start boat. The other top thing is just wasting gas. Plus all the freeboard on these R series makes them more susceptible to side winds.

Congrats - the boat looks great! Just bought a new to me r7 this week and cant wait to get it up to lake george next summer!
