I’m just checking out my “ new” to me boat. Didn’t know what was under there and wanted to. Is that where the gas tank is? I knew someone would know.

REAR FLOOR ACCESS PANEL

I am trying to remove the rear floor "access panel". I have tried to pry a little , short of breaking the panel. Does it hinge? I don't see anything like a lock or fastener to secure it. There is an aluminum strip all the way around the panel I'm trying to remove, and there are phillips screws ...

Well ya. I bought a 27’ boat and have a 24 foot slip. So she’s a little big for the dock. I’ve already talked to a lift guy here and he’s gonna come lo at it.
The good thing is I live here full time, so I see her everyday The bad thing is I live here full time, and get to see her, but can’t use her ...

Just bought a "new" to me 1998 Cobalt 272. Great shape for its age. Interior is really nice, no weather cracking. Has the 7.4 volvo penta duoprop.
