Nauti, we use Current, too. Nice facility, nice guys, and 10 minute drive.
Aslan, thought of you during the b-2 bombing raids. Bet you would’ve loved being up there “passing gas” as you put it. I remember some of the neat pictures you posted.

Re: CS23 w/ VP 280 DP - enough power?
Had mine out this week. We have 280 VP with DP. 4 adults in boat, top end was 49, rpm was 5,720. Brother in law and his wife were “hanging on for dear life”. Plenty of power for us. Only reason going that fast was cobalt factory techs told dealer we were idling around too much.lol.

Reading bbp’s answers for about 7 years now, I’m guessing that is a coat one wears just before operating a locomotive. But hey, that’s just me.

Congrats, AJ. She’s a beauty. Please don’t say how much better she is than a 220. I don’t need another boat lol!

My guess is a guy who used to fuel bombers over the Pacific and who flies thousands of passengers a month (guessing here) should be rather level headed!

Re: July 2022 Pictures
A7, so sorry this happened & glad the police got her before she left. In 2020, pulling a jeep behind our motorhome, we got rear ended on the interstate. The guy didn’t stop but we got his license number. Police arrested him few days later. No matter what, it messes up your plans. Good luck.

Re: R5 Swim Step Knob Issue
Just wondering how the step would ride if it had no pin in it at all? I’ve had no problem with mine but was just thinking. I’ll probably get some pins like snowman did just in case.

Re: Summerizing a 2020 R5 Surf
Just went through this process last week, starting the engine in my driveway. Models or years may be different, but on mine there is a blue hose connection on the transom area by the outdrive. After making sure that the “easy drain” was closed with the pin inserted, I hooked up the hose to the blue ...
