Still hoping someone can tell me where the horn relay is located on 232.

Where is the horn relay on a 232 Cobalt? I replaced the horns and they still just make a bumping noise. The switch is clean.

Finally got to the horns. I went down the side from the storage compartment. You have to unscrew the board the horns are mounted to from the outside opening and the then drop the horns to be removed from behind the storage compartment. Real pain. Can anyone tell me how to access the horn on a 232 Cobalt? I know its on the left side under the rail, but I can't find access to it.

I'm a new member to Cobalt Chat. I own a 1999 model 232. I just recently bought it in the Dallas area. So far the boat has really met all my expectations. Smooth, fast, cut through waves like a yacht and yet still agile.
