Thanks for the information. I do run a dual battery set up. Not sure of the type (they came with the boat new). I've already had the bad battery replaced and was really wanting to know if I should have pushed harder for some type of warranty replacement. Again, thanks for sharing insight.

Mine has worked perfectly since being replaced in April.

I have a 2021 R6 Surf with the fixed arch and canvas shade cover. The cover is starting to tear and the adhesive for some of the velcro is failing. Boat is kept on a covered lift and has around 100 hours on it. Anyone else having issues with new canvas covers? Thanks

I am on my third try (through the dealer) to get the Sof-Trac mat to adhere to the swim platform. Appears to be shrinking and pulling up at the edge? Dealership informed me that after 3 months, Volvo has decided to ship one from Germany. Luckily I was able to cancel my order because the part hadn’t shipped yet. Dealer is still stating I won’t get my bait back until early January. Hopefully all the things asides will be behind me.

Thanks for the info. I have one on order and just waiting to see if it ships. I find it interesting and a little frustrating that they (Cobalt and my local dealer) continue to fill orders, take new orders and sell boats but can’t replace a faulty unit on a boat that was less than 6 months old when ...
