Congrats on the new boat! the hull blisters look more like flaking and delamination to me
Yea not sure i emailed a few repair shops around the area and they said it looks like the top layer and it should be fine for the day trips we will use it for. We don't plan to leave it in a slip ...

Welcome from another resident of frozen MN, or not quite frozen this year... It’s definitely been a weird warm fall, 52 degrees in December is unheard of here! Best I have right now. Still in storage till spring. I am going to pull the front seats out to be re upholstered if they are not to hard to pull. And pull the batterys out so they can trickle charge all winter.

I just purchased a 1999 cobalt 252 has some hull blister issues but seems like it will work for us and our young kids we don't get out as often as we would like. Overall seems to be in fair shape.
