we went with the Volvo 350’s. Probably the biggest surprise was how it jumped out of the water. Was surprised that a boat that big could perform so nicely. Hit 61 mph with two folks.

Took delivery after 9 months waiting and we are pleased.

Dan, thank you very much. I, too, have those options on mine. Everything except for the illuminated swim platform. Not sure I would have a need for that as I doubt we will be doing swims when it is dark.

Interesting thought on the pull out shade…will consider that.

We have an R30 on order, finalizing specs next week. For those who have gone before me, what options would you want on your boat?

Yes, have our dealer coming out to measure the height of the boat dock prior to ordering the arch.

Did pull the trigger on the R30, build slot is July 2021.

I just purchased a place on Beaver Lake. Have a slip that is 30’ x 11’. Would like a 30’ Cobalt....

1. Which model - R30 or A29? Leaning towards the twin engine setup.

2. Will it for okay in the slip? Has a 10,000 lb lift.
