The boat buckle has a break strength of 1500 pounds. Is that enough for your boat’s weight? I had a difficult time finding straps with a 2500 break strength that is in line with the 5,000 pound weight of my boat. I would love the convenience of boat buckles though. Are they enough for my boat ...

IMHO that trailer isn’t long enough. My 250 trailer is 31’ long. You’ll have two feet hanging off the back with only bunk support. That will also shift the weight off the tongue, both bad. Check out Loadmaster Trailer. I bought a custome trailer from them. I have already trailered a couple thousand ...

Yes, I was very impressed by the power and the ride quality. I can't wait for summer. Trailer ordered from LoadMaster today since you sold yours ;-)

Update - I just purchased a boat today, a 2007 Cobalt 250 with Mercruiser 496MAG. Purchased from Joe Burns at Village Marina on LOTO. So far, everything has been very professional and easy. Pickup in the spring.

20mm - It wasn't a "new" Cobalt dealer, and honestly, I think it was just the salesperson I had. I don't want to bad mouth the place for just one person.
