the boat is sitting on a temporary shorelander roller trailer. the pics of the boat are to show the inset of the actual transom, and the extended outer running surface.

I have a 232 and trying to fit it to a Phoenix trailer. there are 4 bunks that all end evenly at the end of the trailer.

The 232 has the actual transom recessed about 14" from the extended outer running surfaces.

Can I leave the transom supported by the inner bunks and leave the outer running ...

trailer compatability

I have a 2010 Cobalt 232. I would like to order a a Sport Trail trailer. They only make trailers for boats they already have a jig for, to my understanding.

I know they built a trailer for an R3 (2017, I think).

Does anyone know if the hull shapes are compatible?

Sport Trail trailer under a Cobalt 232

Greetings !

Anyone have a 232 with a Sport Trail brand Trailer under it ?

Sport Trail has a jig for a 23' cobalt, but they don't know which year or model.

Thanks for the reply. I am working with a pro and he has been having trouble with the match. I was verifying color codes. Speaking to cobalt, they said the navy blue and black colors are hardest to match

Gelcoat color match

I have a 2010 232 with navy color sides. Having trouble getting a good gel coat match.

Cobalt gave me the spectrum # 6044.

Any one else have color match problems and solutions. ?

Yes it pushes up with some pressure.
I guess if its advised not to get it wet it must not all be fiberglass ?

It obviously broke from pressure on the swim ladder. Is this a known issue with this boat?

I do know a fiberglass guy. I have contacted him about some ...

232 cobalt 2010 swim platform

The seam at the junction of the swim platform bottom and the side has opened.  Weight on the ladder opens the space more, lifting the ladder closer the seam a bit.
Anyone seen this ? Is it fixable ?
