I'm sure there is no right answer, but at the risk of starting WWIII, what is the consensus opinion on anchor type and size for a 272? I'm in the midwest, so it's a mix of rock, sand, and a fair amount of weeds later in season.

It's certainly possible we met on the boom! I spent most of time at Langley and Tyndall - F-15C's and F-22s.

AsLan7 - yes, I have! I flew a couple single-seaters in the Air Force and currently flying Archers and Arrows just for fun.

Here are some pics - needs a buff and wax, upholstery cleaning, and new flooring - probably will go with seagrass type. Dashboard "wood" inserts need to be replaced too.
