Just an update for anybody visiting this after the fact. I found that commercial sewing apparently makes the OEM covers for cobalt? But you have to order through a dealer.

I just ordered a new cover, Bimini cutouts included. Price was $1299 plus tax, 3-5 week lead time. Looking forward to getting ...

I’m a fan of not skimping on covers. Hope you can find what you’re looking for but custom may pay off in the long run.
