Just installed 12x9 lenco electric on my 2014 R7. I called Cobalt and that is the size they recommended for my hull. They work find but I could have used the 12x12. Got the led guage set for around $950. Took 4 hours for install.

got it. thanks for the info. the boat did come from salt water so I will check the strainer. I will also keep flushing the tank out and hope it gets better.

Just bought a 2014 r7 with porcelain head. Does anyone know if there is a filter anywhere between the tank and discharge? Every time I come off plane I can smell the head. Flushed it out several times & put plenty of chemical in it. Hoping maybe there was a filter that could be replaced. I'm not 100 ...
