I had the same problem. I bought a snap fix replacement kit off Amazon. Its a really easy job. I changed about 20 fasteners. Does anyone know how to access the blackwater tank? I have the R30 but they should all be similar. I believe the tank sits under the port bow seat that reclines against the back wall of the heads. The seat cushion feels like it has a hinge line at the front edge and maybe should hinge up ...

This is from my R30 transom manual but I am sure the mechanism is the same...

FYI you can actually download all of the workshop manuals from the Volvo Penta website for free. First time I have seen that and they are *really* useful.
