Restoring the existing one is an idea, may have to go that route given the lack of flat-backed rub rails that are manufactured today.

Both Cobalt & Taco both got back to me today, and they tracked it down: Our rub rail was discontinued in 2018 
Restoring the existing one is an idea, may have to go that route given the lack of flat-backed rub rails that are manufactured today.

Our 2009 373 made unfortunate contact with a bridge piling while being towed and flattened the rub rail:
