I have a 2017 R3 and the dash has a button labeled for Captain’s Call, but there aren’t any thru hull ports and the sound doesn’t change when the button is engaged. Is this normal that Cobalt would have the Captain’s Call button on the dash, but there not be a Captain’s Call exhaust system installed?

I have a new to me 2017 R3 and noticed the helm seat was loose. When I raised the cushion, I could see that the plastic base was cracked (see attached photos).
