Cone clutch

2006 220 350 mag bravo 3
440 hours
So i have this delay with forward gear engagement, just started at the end of last season, guessing Cone clutch. Question is to Others that have had this replaced. Did you just replace the clutch or did you need the gear sets also. thanks Brian

Ok so welcome back Brian! Sorry I scared you away for 2 years 😂😂
Just kidding.
So I would check your cable adjustment first. Then from what I'm reading as I've never have had to deal with this issue. I think Matt has though. Is depending what come you have you may have to replace the whole gear set with it? Don't quote me though.
