R4 Surf sighting
R4 Surf sighting
Saw the R4 Surf yesterday on Lake LBJ. I did fail to take a picture of the new backrest for 2022. I got pulled onto a R8 Surf demo and forgot to go back. The backrest has 3 positions now and can lay completely flat. Easy to operate but some decent sized gaps in the cushion to allow for the brackets and mechanism to work. Nice they added a feature but cosmetically might not be a fan favorite.

Re: R4 Surf sighting
I'm not a fan of the darker interiors.
That angle of the pic makes it look smaller than our R3, but may be an optical illusion.
The bow seat back rests are really squared off corners.
Wife would probable like the ability to lay flat in the back, but I can't really tell by this picture.
Thanks for posting.

Trying to remember what the rep said....believe he said 23'10" for the R4. No head compartment obviously.Krob1114 wrote: Mon Sep 13, 2021 12:11 pm I'm not a fan of the darker interiors.
