The trivial things I pick up when I'm interested in something. But my wife can't give me three things to pick at the grocery store without me screwing up. :D
My wife sent me over to the butcher counter to get a roast, I came back with $100 of steaks. Just an eye roll from her.
Four pounds?
Hey lets not get into the fine details  at least on written record

I just received my new R8 Outboard a couple of weeks ago. I have twin 300's and they really move the boat well. The twin 200's should do just fine. I really like the joy stick control, well worth it.

Really great photos, looks fantastic! I am sure it runs amazing with the 300s. We did the same caramel interior, but black hull side and red boot stripe. Your boat is a really sharp combo and I love the two tone black Verados. How long ago did you order the boat, and how does it handle the rough water?

I ordered it at the first of April and received it the second week of September. I had a Cobalt 23SC before this, the R8 is a lot better in the rough water for sure. I posted the pics so you could get an idea what the caramel/carbon interior looked like. There was not really any boats close to me before I ordered it, but we sure do like it. Your boat should look great with that color combo.

Not too bad of a wait. Where do you do your boating? Just curious how snotty things can get in your water ways.
How is the joystick piloting? Does everything work well? Do you even use it?
Thanks for the pics. My wife and son poured through them too, love it!

We boat on the Tennessee River near Chattanooga TN. The joystick control is great, I use it all the time. There is a learning curve but you get use to it pretty quick.

Hey BikerBob!

We have an R6 surf on order at Erwin! Doug says we will get in November sometime. We will see. It will most likely live in their showroom this winter.
Maybe we will see you on the lake next year.

Beautiful. Looking at the twin 200 mercs. Vs 300 or 350 single. How do you think performance
will be? Not looking for so much top end speed
Rather getting underway well with a reasonable load. Thanks.
