In July I switched my field of work. Done with the corporate stress. So I went to a small Powersports dealership for a more fun and relaxed atmosphere.
So now I'm a service manager for them and we are right on the water in Oshkosh Wi👍
We sell Brp products. Sea Doo, Ski Doo, Can Am. Also Honda, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Kayo.

That sounds like fun.

Is it true that SeaDoo dealers will not work on the older two stroke pwc?

Very cool CDH. Why does the Portable Bone Density scanner that the crazy guy says is a time machine in "The Pursuit of Happyness" come to mind as Chris Gardner (Will Smith) travels from doctor to doctor selling them. :?: (although I'm sure your medical equipment sales is a lot more lucrative. 8-) )

Yes true. We don't work on anything 2000 and older. Plus 2 stroke. Honestly getting parts even for 2005 have become very difficult. I went on every website and ebay and bought every available rubber boot for some yet pumps. So we only have 1 left. After that is going to be no good.
I have of course some good techs that work on 2 stroke on sleds.
We are booking the 2nd week of November already. We will have Easily winterized 250 waverunners since Sept. Glad it's been warm out!

Bringing the auto experience to a Powersports dealer is fun. Yes we work on a machine if you didn't buy from us. Lol.

That is a bummer. This was what the Seadoo forum gurus were saying, but I was hoping they were exaggerating.

I guess I am going to become a 2-stroke mechanic out of necessity as I need to rebuild the dual carbs on my 1996 Seadoo GTX. That should be fun.

Is this for real or is it like the "Let's go Brian" chant?

It’s Brandon and yes I’m sure the reference is to cargo ships moored off the coast
