Gauges for Cobalt 240
Greetings from the England! I have a Cobalt 240 (2005) and am looking for a compass and trim gauge. New or used would be fine. The compass needs to fit in a dash hole that's 3.3" (85mm) wide and the trim gauge hole is around 2" (53mm). Long and boring story short, the gauges were made by Faria Beede who no longer supply them and replacements are hard to find. Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

I have spare gauges that I replaced on my ‘98 232. The trim gauge will fit your opening. The compass sending unit needs to have the wires re-soldered to the circuit board. The gauge itself works. I searched for 2 years for a compass. Paid dearly for one on eBay but it works wonderfully. The gauges have dark gray background (not white.) I’ll post pictures if you are interested.

Thanks for that Cowboy! I'd love to see a photo of the gauge. I've found a compass although, like you, had to pay handsomely for it. Feel free to send a Private Message or post on this means. Many thanks indeed.

I have to get to my storage unit as i dont have a pic of the compass. The Ritchie sending unit needs repair. No one will fix it and there are no replacement parts. The gauge itself is fine.

I do have pics of my old gauges except the compass. As you can see, they are in good condition and have the dark gray background. Will send pic of compass asap.
