Reset Password / Contact Administrator

I need to reset my password as I'm locked out on all devices except one. I tried reset password function, but no luck. I've also 'Contacted Administrator' but I don't get a response. Maybe the admin monitors here? In any case, much appreciate the help!

OK, it looks like the root of these problems is Gmail/Google changing its security policies to not let apps like ours use a regular username and email to log in anymore. I've made some changes and it appears to be working now - my apologies to those who had trouble with registration or password resets in the past couple months.

Unfortunately, the problem didn't generate any errors, and it worked for a handful of people which just masked the actual problem and made it difficult to find and test.
