01 262 fuel sending unit
Have looked for accesses, can seem to find the sending unit, I believe it is bad as it isn’t reading fuel level accurately

It’s under the rear seat starboard side floor board. Remove the Phillips head screws from the floor board and you’ll be able to gain access.
