Everybody asked for pics here. I knew what you were getting at LOL. I'm having a hard time getting my trailer plates from Utah transferred to Montana. Bummer can't put it in the water yet without taking it chance of a ticket. Look forward to help from this site. Been lurking a while while I was shopping. Great sight thanks guys

I'm thinking a good cop would be understanding as you just bought the boat.

Go for it. I’ve forgotten to renew the plates on my trailer and headed to the water with expired tabs so many times I can’t remember! Lol. Heck, we went out to the river with expired registration on our boat just the other day. I did have my 21 day renewal paperwork with me though. Our season is so short I’m not loosing a day on the water because of expired tabs!

So glad you found us jpmopar. (Jeep or dodge fan?)

Do you have any water intrusion? If not you can put a keel guard over it.

Anymore pics?

And welcome aboard mate!

Old school dodge fan…440 big block in a 67 coronet convertible to be exact. Just looked at the boat, so I don’t know about any intrusion. It’s the gel coat that’s scrapped off??? Big deal????

Thanks for having me

Nice boat man and good choice! I’ve got a 01 226 and absolutely love it! Have you taken her out for the maiden voyage yet?

Can you clarify? I did get it on a maiden voyage guys prior to that I had all the snap in carpets out and did the Flex Seal thing some of the edges didn't set up totally but it's not sticking on the fiberglass. Little too zealous where the woven mat was totally explodes exposed. The depth finder needs attention I've got it apart and it needs antifreeze and the O-ring was a little dried out going to reassemble it put it back in the water. I'm at 5,000 ft the boat ran good got a Max of about 48 miles an hour out of it with the F3 props. The black stripe on top needs a little buffing on one side the rest of it looks pretty darn good. Going to try that Marine 31 heavy cut wax cleaner. Got a mini buffer coming from griots with all the pets pads excuse the voice recognition LOL.
