Thanks all, for the compliments. Agreed on the front end and the new grill. Picked it up and parked it and am working on ordering all my ad-ons. Mystery solved with regards to badging as the rectangle ecoboost emblem is now on the back of the truck. I forgot to snap a picture when I dropped it off.Tuscany wrote: Thu Oct 12, 2017 11:14 am Super sharp!
I’m a Ford guy who occasionally buys a GM for a change up.
Love the 18’ front end changes. Subtle, but definitely different and a major upgrade in the looks category.
I’ll be going back to a Super Duty as soon as the 10 speed is released for the Powerstroke. The 19 SD will also see grille changes. I hope that it’s half as good as the new F-150. I’d be all over the F-150 diesel if I didn’t have to plow snow..
As far as the badges, maybe Ford changed it up. I doubt your dealer would have removed them before asking.
I debated hard and long between the 150 and the new 250 and I still am not sure about my decision. I have only had 3/4 ton diesels from about 2002 till I got my 15 150. I love the mileage, no def, turning radius, maneuverability, ride, with the 150. I miss the size, stability, and torque while pulling a trailer with the 250.
Thanks, the 2015 has 70k is going to my son who is getting close to graduating college. He is driving one of my previous super duty's that has almost 300k on it. It will be his vehicle to start his life with. I can't wait to tell him here is the title now go get your own insurance!thunder550 wrote: Thu Oct 12, 2017 9:17 am I've never been a Ford guy but those new F150s are sharp! Both of your pics are beautiful trucks. The 2015 isn't that old, just trading up? Growing up my parents used to buy new every 3 years or so.
