253 W/Merc 502 Mag EFI Can't Find Switch For Captains Call

I have a 1999 Cobalt Signature 253 with Mercury 502 Mag EFI equipped with Captains Call exhaust. Can not find activation switch to save my life. Any ideas?

No dash pics at the moment. I will have to get some and load them. I do have 1 ACC switch on left side that I haven't been able to figure out what it does. I was told switch should be on the right but all of those are accounted for.

Had a tech come and take a look. Said wiring is fried looks like it might be a next spring project since boat is in the slip. Any way to manually flip them and have them stay open?
