Just got my R4 surf this week with the Prisma tower and love it so far. My boat came with 2 tow balls but they’re unmounted. Does anyone know exactly where these should be attached on each side of the tower? Pics would be greatly appreciated!
I saw one picture in the archives but it looks like a different boat/tower. Curious where to mount it so that the rope stays clear of the board racks.

I have issues with the location of mine, constantly have to pull off my surf racks..bad design location as it will fray your rope. Let me see if i can find a picture of mine
Re: Prisma Tower - Tow Ball Mount Points
You can see where mine are mounted. Honestly, the conflict with the racks is awful. We're constantly having to pull the rope off. And, yes, it is fraying the rope. I ended up just taking the left rack off, but even then it still catches on the remaining rack mount/knob.

Yep thats it. As much engineering and testing that goes into the boats that design was a last minute add and miss! Otherwise its great!

Re: Prisma Tower - Tow Ball Mount Points
Thanks for the pic. Very helpful! I was trying to figure out how to avoid the conflict with racks. I ended up mounting one (it rotated a bit so I must not have tightened it enough), but the rider feedback has been that they prefer the top tow point.
Awesome pic!
