2018 R7 Surf system issue

My surf system has decided to give me fits and I’m not sure where to look to figure out what is going on. Here is what it is doing. When you start the boat the surf system illuminated buttons continuously flash red (surf left and surf right buttons). The manual light is also lit. Check surf system light is not lit

Trim is down, breaker is good.

I can push both left and right manual trim switch up and actuators make noise but if I push them down nothing happens

If I push trailer button the pumps turn on to empty ballast

It I push performance mode nothing happens

Any ideas what to look for and how to fix

I had simular issues. on my R5 Surf 2017 the light flashed. I would click the trim on both sides it worked. However I found out one of the Actuators was bad, there is two on each side. Those are like $150 a actuators however you have to pull the boat, and replace. It is very hard to get the wire back thru the hole and hooked back up. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they fixed it with in a hour. dealer charged about $400 to fix.
