Throttle Position Sensor

I currently have a 2015 A25 with the VP380. Long story but this boat has been a handful recently. Earlier in the summer I had an issue with a blown seal in my outdrive. At the same time I had the boat go to limp mode for what is an entirely different issue. While they were repairing the drive they cleared a code for both low voltage and a throttle position sensor. Not sure why it wasn't addressed in more detail but the dealer gave me the boat back.
This past weekend I had the same issue, driving along just fine and all of a sudden the check engine readout flashes, an audible alarm goes off and the boat drops off plane. As a side note, I have zero throttle at the time. I turned the boat off, restarted and it ran fine back to the slip with the exception of a beep every 45 seconds or so. This morning I go down to test the alternator and such. Batteries are brand new and fully charged. When I started the boat it ran at 2200 rpm without me touching the throttle. When I released the throttle to see if it would rev or not, I got nothing. A completely dead throttle. I turned the boat off and restarted it, did the exact same thing. My next step was to leave the ignition on and move the throttle lever. When I did that you could see the actuator move. Everything was smooth. I am calling the dealer tomorrow but trying to see if anyone has seen something like this? I understand the TPS but not sure that would cause low voltage. When the boat went to limp mode on the water I happened to catch the voltage and it said 11.0V.

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere. (Loose or Corrosion) Also, just because they are new batteries doesn't mean one could have a bad cell. Maybe get them load tested just to rule out the batteries. There might be more codes stored now that will lead them in the right direction.
