Anyone experience the following? 2017 R7 with Volvo Penta. New fully charged batteries. Put key in and turn to first position, all lights start flashing and the engine makes blowing sounds. Boat won’t start.

Clearly some sort of significant electrical issue. What have you changed since the last time it worked (if anything)?
