Outside temp gauge on 2017 R5

My outside temp gauge is not working on my new to me R5. It wasn’t working when I purchased the boat. Where do I look for the sending unit to start tracing the wires to start tracking the problem down?

You sure it even has one? I don't think mine does.

That is right about the time they stopped adding them. I assume this is on the Garmin touch screen? Last time I looked for them on Garmin there were somewhere around $150. I decided it wasn't worth it.

Thank you. It may not. It’s not a deal breaker but my ‘19 CS 22 had it so I figured this one would and wondering if I was missing something.
